Some cravings for something tangy, sour something with soya sauce. So here is the recipe of chili paneer to satisfy the taste buds .It’s absolutely delicious snacks which gets ready in few minutes. Chop few veggies in big cubes and cook chili paneer on high heat to avoid veggies getting soft. We need capsicum /bell pepper , onions, cottage cheese and soya sauce. If you are making it for your kids add some more vegetables to alter this recipe as a kid friendly. - Paneer cubes 2 cup
- Capsicum 4
- Onion 2
- Cabbage 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves
- Corn flour 1tb spoon
- pepper 5-6
- Soya sauce 2 tb spoon
- Chili sauce 1 tb spoon
- Ginger 1 inch
- salt as per taste
- oil 2 tb spoon
Directions To Cook:
Shallow fry paneer cubes with 2 tb spoon of oil in pan.
Sprinkle salt ,chili powder on fried paneer and keep aside.
Similar way shallow fry capsicum with 2 tb spoon of oil till it gets tender and keep it aside.
make garlic and ginger paste.
Heat 2 tb spoon of oil in a pan add above ginger garlic paste in it.
Mix corn flour in half cup of water to get corn flour paste.
Add corn flour paste ,soya sauce ,chili sauce in pan and saute for 2 minutes. Let this gravy cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add sugar ,salt in gravy.
Add fried capsicum in pan and saute for 2 minutes.
Add paneer in pan and saute for 3-4 minutes or till paneer gets cooked.
