Chats are all time favourite food for all. At least I never came across anyone who doesn’t like chat.Bhelpuri is  tastiest chat recipe which means mixture of things. As per name Bhelpuri is combination of various chutneys ,veggies,puri and shev. It doesn’t require direct cooking so it is quick  chat dish.There is no specific recipe for making bhelpuri , so you can try your own combination for making  own version of bhelpuri recipe.

About ingredients used in bhelpuri are deep fried snacks item like puri, shev and  farasan , chiwada. Its optional to make these things at home or it can be brought from the store as well. Many snacks required for making chat are available in market. So using these ready-made snacks make your work easy and chats like bhelpuri  get ready in few minutes. Same is with chutneys used , use any choice of chutneys which  has tangy sweet and spicy taste. I  add loads of chopped and grated vegetables in it every time I make bhelpuri. I find it best way to make children eat more vegetables.Enjoy making this easy combination of snacks to make tasty bhelpuri.

Instructions
  1. For making green chutaney : Grind green chilies, coriander leaves , mint leaves , salt ,cumin powder with some water together to make green chutaney .
  2. For making sweet and tangy tamerind chutaney : Clean and soak tamrind in water for an hour. Make pulp of tamrind. Grind tamarind pulp,salt, jaggery ,cumin powder with some water . Boil this mixture on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes .Tamarind chutaney is ready.
  3. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  4. Take big bowl and mix puffed rice ,crushed puri, chopped vegetables ,shev in it.
  5. Add tamrind chutaney ,green chutaney in mixture .Mix all ingredients well .
  6. Sprinkle black salt, chat masala on bhelpuri .
  7. Garnish it with corainder leaves and shev and serve bhelpuri.
