  1. Wash and chop coriander leaves, green chilies and grate fresh coconut/ dry coconut.Dry coconut can be used if fresh coconut i snot available.
  2. Grind grated coconut , chilies , coriander leaves, garlic and curd in grinder to get fine paste.
  3. For making tempering heat pan and add ghee in it.
  4. Once ghee gets hot add cumin and mustard seeds in it.
  5. After seeds splutter add curry leaves and pour hot ghee on coconut chutney.
  6. Mix well and serve coconut chutaney.
