Dal parathas is flat bread made using lentils and wheat flour. It’s very healthy option for breakfast or meal. Any lentils from toor / Chana / moong dal can be used for making these parathas/ flat breads.Add grated vegetables like carrots, cabbage in paratha dough for more nutrition.If you have dal as leftover then dal paratha is good option to use your dal in tasty and healthy way.
