Lentils paratha or daal paratha
Pressure cook toor dal in cooker for 4 whistles.
After cooling cooked dal drain excess water in it.
Add chopped coriander leaves ,grated garlic,crushed chilies in it.
Add salt ,cumin powder ,carom seeds, coriander powder ,turmeric in dal.
Mix wheat flour in above dal mixture and knead soft dough.Use water if required.Keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.
Take handful of dough and make small circular parathas by using rolling pin.
Heat not stick pan and roast dal parathas on both sides on low flame.
Apply oil/ ghee on both sides of dal parathas.
Serve hot dal paratha with curd ,pickle or ketchup.
