I used french beans (In frozen form) only for making vegetable pulao / Noodles, as we didn’t get it at my place.I never tried making any other recipes using it. But now at place I live we get fresh french beans and I try making curry with different recipes.Today’s post is about simple french beans stir fry curry which gets ready under 30 minutes. It can be served with chapathi , paratha or Roti..

French beans are rich source of vitamin A,C ,B6 and calcium.Its good to include this vegetable more often in diet. Add any other vegetables like carrots ,green peas  while making this curry  to make it  more colorful and nutritious. This curry  doesn’t have gravy and thus its good option for packing lunch box of children.Give a try to this simple stir fry curry and you will definitely like it.

Instructions
  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.make paste of ginger and garlic.
  2. Heat pan and add oil in it.
  3. Add cumin and mustard seeds in hot oil.
  4. Once seeds splutter add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add chopped onions in pan and saute for 3-4 minute.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes in pan and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add all dry spices and salt in vegetables and mix well.
  8. Add chopped french beans in pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add water in vegetable stir fry as per required consistency and mix well.
  10. Cook french beans stir fry for 10 minutes and switch off gas.
  11. Serve french beans stir fry with chapati/roti/paratha.
