Please find similar ladoo recipes here .Today’s post is about delicious and nutritious Dates ladoo / energy balls which is made using dry fruits and raisins. This ladoo is sugar free as it has sweetness of dates , sugar is not added in it. Dates ladoo can be made in bulk as it has very good shelf life too. Dry fruits are high calories foods and It can be used as a perfect snacks for kids. Kids need more energy and high calories snacks will be good options. Dates are rich source of iron ,vitamins and simple sugars. I have added walnuts as my kids don’t like walnuts.
