Khoya pedhe

Khoya pedha dessert
Khoya pedha

Hi friends,Today I am posting recipe after long time. Actually I was busy with kids as they had school holiday .Keeping them engaged was quiate challenging task for me and could hardly find time for the blog. For one month we were busy in their activities and playtime.Today afer a long I made this sweet and lovely pedha. When I made khoya pedha for the first time, It turned out super delicious and soft .Since then I have tried making mango pedhe /kesar pedhe/plain pedhe at home.

Actually making this khoya  pedhe is really easy and quick. I used frozen khoya as I couldn’t get fresh khoya here. You can use fresh khoya or even make it at home by evaporating milk.Fresh khoya pedhe are more flavorful and soft in texture. You can make this pedhe as a festival dessert or on any special occasions ,try Khoya pedha recipe and provide your feedbacks in comments section.
