Atta /wheat flour
Mix all dry ingredients except oil in atta/wheat flour.
Add water in wheat flour slowly to make firm dough for making puris.Dough for making puri should be harder than normal chapati dough to get soft puri.
Keep it aside covered with wet cloth for half an hour.
Make small round shape puris using rolling pin and chakala.
Heat the oil in pan and fry puri in it.
Masala puri is ready ,let it cool or serve hot with any chutaney ,pickle or tomato sauce.
