Orange Cake with chocolate chips
Soft, moist and delicious melt in mouth orange cake recipe
2 & 1/2 cup
All purpose flour
Sieve all dry ingredients in one big bowl.
Make orange juice using fresh orange.It gives perfect taste to cake.
Break eggs and beat in a bowl.
Mix all dry ingeredients properly.
Pour beaten eggs in dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour orange juice in it and mix well.
Pour oil and essence and mix.
Grease and line up baking paper to cake tin.
Pre-Heat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter in a cake tin and sprinkle chocolate chips on it.
Bake cake in oven for 180 degree for 30 minutes or till tooth pic comes out clean from it.
Take out a cake and keep it on the cooling rack for 5 minutes.
Serve an aromatic orange cake with fresh fruits toppings.
