  1. Wash and chop vegetable Carrots, cauliflower, peas, corn kernels and potatoes.
  2. Pressure cook these vegetables for 3 whisteles using pressure cooker with enough water.
  3. Make giner and garlic paste.
  4. Wash and Chop onion and tomatoes.Boil potaoes and keep it aside.
  5. Heat pan and add butter in it.
  6. Once the butter melts add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  7. Add onions and saute it for 2 more minutes.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and saute the veggies for 5 minutes or till tomatoes get mushy.
  9. Add cumin powder,coriander powder, chili powder and mix well.
  10. Add pressure cooked vegetables in the pan and mix well.
  11. peel and mash boiled potaoes and add in the pan.
  12. Mix all vegetables and cook for 5 more minutes.
  13. Add salt and pav bhaji masala in the curry.
  14. Pour water as per required consistency and cook urry for 15 minutes.
  15. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve pav bhaji.
  16. Heat pan and melt some butter on it.
  17. Cut pav in two slices and roast it on the melted butter.
  18. Serve pav with hot curry.
