Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sieve and Mix all dry ingredients together in a big bowl.
  2. Heat pan and pour 1 tb spoon of oil in it.
  3. Pour hot oil on dry ingredients.
  4. Add water and make hard dough by combining all dry ingredients together.
  5. Let it rest for 1/2 hour.
  6. Make equal sized ball of dough.
  7. Roll thick chapathi of this balls using rolling pin.
  8. Cut shankarpali in dimond shapes using big knief.
  9. Heat pan and pour oil for deep frying shankarpali.
  10. Deep fry savory shankarpali in hot oil on low flame.
  11. Let it cool and store in airtight containers.
