  1. Dry roast cumin and carom seeds separately and grind to make powder.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in big bowl.
  3. Heat pan and add 2 tb Spoon of oil in and pour hot oil in above dry ingredients.
  4. Add water slowly in above mixture and make batter of besan flour.It should not be runny as well it should not be very firm.
  5. Grease shev making press mould from inside.
  6. Heat pan and add around half liter oil in it for deep frying shev.
  7. Add besan batter in it.Press out few thin strands of shev in hot oil for deep frying.
  8. Fry shev properly and keep aside .Similar way deep fry shev in many batches.
  9. Break shev into pieces and store in air tight container.It stays good for many days.
