When I had Thai food for the first times years ago, I didn’t have an idea about the taste and flavours of it. But since then I have become biggest fan of Thai food and make sure to make it often. Along with vegetable spring rolls, pineapple rice I like Thai red curry very much. I’m in love with this Thai red curry and I made numerous versions of it using different set of vegetables. Being vegetarian i have used vegetables but chicken is used in it along with vegetables for making authentic thai red curry.
Initially when I made Thai red curry for the first time in my kitchen I wasn’t sure about the taste. I just followed the instructions of the friend and scrumptious curry got ready in few minutes. Cutting of variety of vegetables is the only difficult task for making this curry. Just have all ingredients ready and its easy to make. I have used home made Thai red paste for making curry but it can be bought from market as well.Try making this red curry for your weekend dinner and i’m sure it will be more special with this amazingly tasty and nutritious side .
