Weekends are meant to take rest and relax. We start our day late and prefer a lavish breakfast. On this Sunday I had many vegetables in the fridge, so I was thinking of vegetables packed recipe. Hubby suggested me to make something light as well. And I made this vegetable tortilla wraps for the breakfast. For kids, I added cottage cheese cubes and sprinkled mozzarella cheese also. These wraps are perfect for your breakfast or snacks. It’s loaded with vegetables and thus filling. I used garlic tortilla wraps which are available ready made in the market. We especially like the garlicky taste of these wraps and thus oped for garlic flavour. If you want, you can make these wraps at home as well. For using these wraps roast wraps oven or gas for 1 minute on each side. Don’t roast it more as it will be harder to wrap anything inside.
