Instructions
  1. Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
  2. Mix all vegetables, paneer cubes in one big bowl.
  3. Sprinkle all spices on the vegetables.
  4. Pour olive oil into vegetables and mix everything properly.
  5. Preheat oven on 200 degree for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake all vegetables in baking tray for 20 minutes or till vegetables become golden brown.
  7. Roast tortilla wraps on each side for 1 minute.
  8. Spread baked vegetables,mozzarella cheese on the tortilla wrap and wrap everything properly.
  9. Serve vegetable tortilla wraps.
