Full cream milk
Heat pan and add ghee in it for heating.
As ghee melts add wheat flour in pan and roast it on low flame until nice aroma comes out.It takes around 15-20 minutes to roast wheat flour.
After roasting wheat flour can be stored in air tight container for future use.
For making wheat porridge take 2 tb spoon of roasted wheat flour and make it hot in separate pan for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and 1/2 cup milk in flour and mix well to make porridge.
Add water or milk as per required consistency and let wheat porridge cook for 5-6 minutes.
Garnish with cut dry fruits and serve wheat porridge.
